Marc Meskin founded Diversified Transportation Services, a leading third-party logistics provider, in 1990 and has served as the company's President since its inception. With more than 40 years of transportation industry experience, Marc saw an opportunity in the market to create a "different" transportation provider who is client oriented and who actually cares about its clients and their business.
As President, Marc provides corporate oversight and strategic guidance for the company, ensuring that our core focus of meeting the clients' needs is met. His entrepreneurial skill set has allowed him to grow from when he initially started in transportation with Roadway Express from 1980-1984, then onto McLean Trucking in 1985 and finally Old Dominion Freight Lines from 1985-1990. He has previously held various management roles at each company and thus provided the thought for a 3PL that focused on the client’s needs. He holds an MBA from California State University, Long Beach, and a B.S. in Business Economics from the State University of New York College at Oneonta.
Outside of work Marc enjoys staying active whether that be playing basketball with his three sons or walking his two dogs, Sheba and Sully, additionally, he likes watching sports and spending valuable time with his family and friends.
Sully started at DTS in 2019 and has been a valuable team member since his start. He currently serves the role of Morale Builder where he strives to make DTS an enjoyable working environment for all employees.
Sully works out of Marc Meskin's office who is the President of DTS. Sully makes sure Marc is protected by barking at any visitors who steps close to his office. Once inside Marc's office Sully loves to be pet and play with his toys.
Outside of work Sully enjoys eating gourmet food, playing with his sister Sheba, and going on the occasional walk.
Sheba has been with DTS on a part time basis for almost 6 years now. Sheba is very therapeutic for the DTS staff members as she is very sweet and soft.
When Sheba is in the office, she makes her presence known by barking and jumping on the staff members as they walk by her.
Outside of work Sheba enjoys long walks and playing with her brother Sully.
Since joining the DTS Team in 2020 as a Business Development Manager, Brad has been promoted to the position of Director of Sales in 2022 after playing an integral role in managing and developing parts of our sales team. Bringing his more than 15 years of transportation industry experience, Brad notably held positions at both UPS Freight as an Operations Manager and at AAA Cooper Transportation as a Service Center Manager prior to joining DTS. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana State University and has completed several leadership development programs.
In his spare time, Brad enjoys being outdoors and traveling with his family and friends. He is an avid golfer, kayaker, and has taken up fly fishing as his latest pursuit. Beyond those hobbies, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters and supporting them in their many extracurricular activities.
Carrie Brady is the Director of Operations and Branch Manager of our Washington D.C. office. Prior to being promoted to Director of Operations in 2015, Carrie was the Branch Manager of our Murrieta office and has been with DTS since 2004. As Director of Operations, Carrier provides corporate oversight for our Operations team and Quality Assurance team. Carrie's expertise in logistics management, project management and customer service has been instrumental in improving the DTS operations department and ensuring that our core focus of meeting the clients' needs is met.
Prior to DTS, Carrie was a Supply Specialist in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1990-1993. Carrie went to school at Mount St. Mary's College where she studied Sociology and attended the American Public University System studying Transportation and Logistics Management.
In Carrie's spare time she likes to read, knit, walk, work in her garden in the summertime, work with the animals on her farm, and spend time with her husband, kids, and grandkids.
Jolene has been with DTS since 2004 and has more than 30 years of accounting experience. Jolene passed the CPA exam in 1992 after earning her B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Computer Information Systems from Woodbury University. Jolene has played an integral role in improving accounting processes at DTS and managing corporate finances.
Prior to DTS, Jolene worked for Wells Fargo Bank for 7 years in management and for Stonefield Josephson for 7 years as an auditor. In her free time Jolene enjoys cooking, baking, spending time with her family, friends, and her two dogs, Sheba and Sully.
Matthew has been with DTS since 2020 and has played an instrumental role in improving companywide processes and assisting in technology integration, Matthew was promoted to Marketing and Administration Manager in 2021.
Before DTS, Matthew worked as a Research and Data Coordinator at Memjet Technology from 2020-2021. Matthew holds an International Business degree and Real Estate and Development minor from the University of California, San Diego.
In Matthew's free time, he enjoys staying active, watching the Los Angeles Clippers, trading stocks, and spending time with family, friends, and dogs.
Nick has been a part of the DTS team since the start of 2019 and initially started as an Operations Coordinator in our Operations Department. After working closely with our Inside Sales team for over two years, Nick was promoted to his current position of Branch Operations Supervisor. Nick specializes in trade show logistics and has played an integral role in improving the processes of the Operations department.
Prior to DTS, Nick earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, was a Logistics Analyst at Golden Bolt in 2018, and holds a degree in Logistics, Management, & Supply Chain Management from Appalachian State University.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys hiking & exploring the outdoors with friends. He’s a Charlotte Hornets fan and loves anything NBA.
Rickie Krantz is the Branch Manager of our corporate office in Torrance, CA and has been with Diversified Transportation Services since 1999. She provides corporate oversight for our AR, AP and Human Resources departments. Her attention to detail has helped shape our company's processes into what they are today. Prior to joining the DTS team she worked at Nationsway from 1979 to 1999 as the office manager.
Outside of work, Rickie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog Tori
Josh Mintz has been a part of the DTS team since 1998 when he started in our operations department. After 2 years servicing clients in operations, Josh became a sales consultant in 2000 and now has over 20 years of specializing in the bakery logistics vertical. In 2007, Josh was instrumental in starting our Montana office and he continues to provide corporate operations and sales training in that office.
Prior to DTS, Josh received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University, Long Beach.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys staying active whether that be helping his younger 2 sons with the sports they play, or enjoying the lakes in the area. Josh also enjoying the outdoors in NW Montana and likes spending valuable time with his family and friends.
Monica Clifton has been with Diversified Transportation Services for 18 years and is the Branch Manager of our Murrieta office. Monica originally started in our operations department in 2004 and helped to improve our operational processes, which further enhanced the DTS client experience. As Branch Manager of the Murrieta office, she is tasked with the continual training of our client services team and providing the solutions that our clients request from us on a daily basis.
Monica holds a B.S. Degree from UCLA in Kinesiology, is a Doctor of Chiropractic, and a Champion Power Lifter. She enjoys movies, rock concerts, trips with her husband Al, visiting with Al’s son AJ, off roading, and raising her kitties and doggies.
Meet Chris, our Carrier Sales Manager at DTS, bringing over four decades of invaluable transportation expertise to our team. Joining us in 2023, Chris's extensive journey in the logistics industry began back in 1982, when he ventured into the fast-paced world of air freight working on the docks in Chicago, IL. Relocating to California in 1998, Chris expanded his horizons and continued working on the asset side of transportation, contributing his skills to companies like Bullet Freight, Daylight Transport, and Custom Companies. In 2006, he embarked on a new path, transitioning to the non-asset side of transportation, where he found his niche at FarMore Transportation and Carrier Systems.
Majoring in Finance at the University of Illinois in Urbana/Champaign, IL, Chris possesses a solid educational foundation to complement his wealth of practical knowledge. Beyond his professional pursuits, Chris indulges his passion for music as an avid guitar collector. While he humbly acknowledges his journey to becoming a skilled guitar player is a work in progress, he strives to become halfway decent someday.
Chris's multifaceted background and dedication make him an invaluable asset to our team, propelling us toward success in the dynamic realm of transportation.
Yvonne has been a valuable part of the DTS team since 2010 and initially started in our Quality Assurance Department. After displaying exceptional customer service and meticulousness, Yvonne was promoted to her current position of Quality Assurance Supervisor.
Prior to DTS, Yvonne's career held a focus in manufacturing as she was a Traffic Manager at Steel Horse Manufacturing Co. from 2000-2003 and a Customer Service Manager at Foss Manufacturing Co., LLC from 2004-2008. As the Traffic Manager at Steel Horse Manufacturing Co. she was tasked with routing drivers to their destinations and tracking shipments. This is where she first found her passion for logistics, which ultimately led her to DTS.
In Yvonne's free time she enjoys the company of her family. With her grandchildren actively in sports, she contributes her time as the "Team Mom" of her grandson’s baseball and football team. She also enjoys supporting her granddaughter's Cheer Competitions throughout the year. Yvonne occasionally travels out of town and one of her favorite outings is camping near the river in the summertime. Additionally, she enjoys attending sporting events (Let’s go Dodger’s)!.
Gay started at DTS in 2007 bringing over 14 years of benefit and customer service experience. Gay works closely with senior management implementing and managing employee benefits, company insurance and policies.
Prior to joining DTS, Gay worked eight years at a Japanese Construction company as an Administrator and four years at an International Watch company as a Lead Customer Service rep.
Gay enjoys baking, being outdoors and traveling to see family and friends.
Rebecca embarked on her journey with DTS in 2021, starting as an Accounts Payable Assistant and was promoted to the position of Accountant in 2023. Prior to joining DTS, Rebecca showcased her talents at Clear Choice Optometry, where she served as an Optician and Receptionist from 2017 to 2021. This experience granted her a solid foundation in billing procedures and exceptional customer service, proving instrumental in her seamless transition to a new industry.
In 2023, Rebecca accomplished a significant milestone by earning a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Long Beach, graduating cum luade. This academic achievement solidified her understanding of accounting principles and fortified her capacity to contribute effectively to the financial operations of DTS.
Outside of work, she enjoys scenic hiking, drawing portraits, cooking creative dishes, and spending time with loved ones.

Richard W. Greenbaum has provided General Counsel for Diversified Transportation Services since 2008. In his time at DTS, Rich has provided legal counsel, representation and litigation services and has been instrumental in the implementation and development of the DTS Trade Show Division.
Greenbaum earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. After earning his JD, Greenbaum was an Attorney and Partner at Herzfeld & Rubin from 1981-1999, an Attorney and Partner at Greenbaum & Champ LLP from 1999-2005, a business law professor at Cerritos College in 2005, and currently represents and counsels small to medium-sized businesses in a variety of fields.
Outside of work, Rich usually can be found at the gym, rooting for the Jets to get that elusive super bowl victory, or hanging out with family!
